
Role & Profile: Virtual Counsellor for Banking Placement
This role helps connect banking aspirants with the right training and job opportunities. You guide candidates throughout the entire journey, from enquiry to final placement.

Support students aiming for roles in leading BFSI brands including Axis, HDFC, IDFC, HDB, RBL, AU, Bajaj, Rupeek, ICICI Lombard, SBI General Insurance and more.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Lead Management & Counselling
- Engage with candidates through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand their goals, background and skill gaps.
- Explain the program structure, duration and placement support clearly.
2. Sales and Enrolment
- Meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
- Address questions about fees, placements and career paths.
- Handle the admission process including forms, payments and documents.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Stay updated on training content, faculty and success stories.
- Coordinate with the Placement Team on hiring needs and candidate requirements.
4. Reporting & CRM Management
- Record all candidate interactions and updates in the CRM.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls, conversions and enrolment status.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
