Job Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential retail liability customers for Equitas Small Finance Bank.
• Build and grow a strong lead pipeline through field visits, promotional stalls, and customer referrals.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand their financial needs and provide clear explanations of relevant bank products.
• Ensure accurate KYC verification and maintain confidentiality while handling customer documents.
• Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities for additional products such as loans, insurance, and investment services.
• Record and report daily activities, progress, and achievements to supervisory staff.

Selection includes an Online Assessment and Interview. Selected candidates will receive an offer confirmation and complete induction training.
