Program Overview

The HDFC Bank Future Bankers 2.0 Program is a flagship, 12-month blended learning program designed for graduates who want to build a long-term career in banking. 

The program combines classroom training, internship, and on-the-job training, and is directly aligned with HDFC Bank’s hiring framework.

Successful graduates are placed as Deputy Managers (L2) and also receive a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, an Institute of Eminence.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Full-time Graduate (any stream) with 50% or above from a recognized university
  • Age: 21–27 years
  • Employment Criteria: No blood relative working in HDFC Bank or its subsidiaries
  • Willingness to pursue a full-time banking career

Program Duration and Structure

  • Total Duration: 12 Months
    • 4 months of campus classroom training
    • 2 months of internship
    • 6 months of on-the-job training at HDFC Bank
  • Blended learning approach covering theory, practice, and real banking exposure
