Salary and Benefits After Completion

  • 12,000 to 15,000 per month
  • Performance incentives: 5,500 to 12,000 (varies by output)

10th to Graduation in regular mode with at least 50% marks.
Age: limit 21 to 28
Strong local market knowledge.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Register Application online Pay 500 + GST application fee
  • Program Fee: 15999 + GST (payable post-LOI as per instructions by Bank.Edu)

Selection and Admission Process

  1. Apply online and pay the 500 application fee
  2. Complete the online registration
  3. Take the online assessment
  4. Attend a face-to-face interview at the nearest branch (based on availability)
  5. Receive your Letter of Intent (LOI)
  6. Start the onboarding process with HDB Finance

Certification / Qualification Awarded

A confirmation and onboarding certificate is provided through Bank.Edu upon successful selection and joining.
